About The Chef
Dara Morton was trained in classical French cuisine at the California Culinary Academy, in San Francisco. She is also a certified Natural Chef and a certified Body Ecologist. She has worked in the restaurant industry, as a caterer, and most recently as a personal chef.
Dara became interested in the healing potential of nutrition while coping with her own health challenges. On her journey to improved health, she has learned about the benefits of a variety of different kinds of diets, as well as the ways in which a specialized diet may help to alleviate symptoms and aid healing. Dara is able to prepare meals that are tailored to macrobiotic, raw, vegan, vegetarian, Body Ecology and Gluten-Free eating plans.
